Karya village
Karya is a traditional mountain village in Lefkada, which is hidden by green hills. If you visit Karya village on your holiday, you can find , relaxing atmospheres and ancient traditions of lace making. The central square is surrounded by coffee bars and taverns, during summer months all of these are open and wait for guests. The best restaurants in Karya which we recommended is To Pardalo Katsiki tavern.
The tavern is accomodated by an old stone bulding in the heart of the village, next to a huge plane tree square, and it is a typical Greek tavern, with delicius and funky recipies.
Exanthia Vilage

Food is amazing drinks are spectacular and if you want our opinion then this is not a typical place that you are going to eat , it is an experience you want from Lefkada.

The village of Agios Petros is a traditional mountain settlement, faced to the southern bays of Lefkada.
Agios Petros was built near to the highest mountain in Lefkada (called Stavrota), on the hills above Ponti. The middle sized village offers great panoramic views to the bay of Vasiliki. Agios Petros is one of our favorite villages and when we are visiting it we have a couple of places we love to eat.

which you will find all the delicacies of a Greek bakery, and all of them are freshly made and delicious.
If you are looking for the famous Greek Souvlaki and the famous Greek pita in Agios Petros, this is your place, it is located at the center square of the village, and most of the time you will see the locals hanging around this place. Looking from the outside doesn't attract you but if you are there you need to try it.

Right beside Gianni's grill house, there is a hidden gem. This is the bakery in the corner of this little area which is a local Vassilikis bakery for over 40 years. Everything is freshly made and tasteful and if you are heading to the beach make a stop at this place.

We are still in Vassiliki and if you are like me and you can't live without a little bit of chocolate in your life then this is the place for you. Zampelis patisserie will make you fill excited and happy with the variety of desserts and ice cream flavors it has available. We love this place and we often take a coffee and a couple of small little treats just before we go to the beach...

Cocktails straight from heaven-Unique & classic recipes chilled-out atmosphere and this place is the perfect ending to every holiday night. It is located at the center of Vassiliki and if you are close then get a drink here....
Fat Boy's burger
This is the place to taste a juicy tasty and messy burger.
The owner of the restaurant knows what makes a real burger, and the meat, bread, and cheese are always the best quality, 5/5 on trip advisor is a taught score to maintain... We really love this place and especially my daughter which always wants to have a burger when we visit Vassiliki.

You can find Sivota, a floral gem of Lefkada between Nidri and Vasiliki villages, on the east coast of the island. The houses of the village were built in a natural formed, well protected bay, which is surrounded by hills and lush vegetation. Charadiatika, Lefkada is a small village of 100 inhabitants. The name comes from the word '' charadra'' from the gorge in the area of
Kanalia - Lumbarda which is located in the village. It is 4 kilometers from the village of Nydri and 1 from the village of Vlycho. The village has nothing special to offer, and it is a typical Greek village, until you reach Pavlos Tavern and Grill House.
Pavlos is located at the center square of the village, and it is been there serving customers since 1976. Some of their best dishes are Frygadeli, Kokoretsi, Splinadero, and Kontosouvli. Their grilled meat with a frozen cold beer on a hot summer day is another memory that will make Lefkada an unforgettable experience.

The northern tip of the island of Lefkada is largely dominated by Lefkada Town, the economic, commercial, and administrative center of the island and home to around 9,000 people. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, the town affords stunning waterfront locations for a large proportion of its many bars, cafés, and restaurants. The marina, situated to the southeast of the city center, is a particular highlight. It is the most modern and certainly one of the most beautiful marinas in the whole of Greece, with a mooring capacity for over 620 boats. Due to its popularity, the marina has become its own micro-metropolis, and at night its restaurants and bars bustle with the visitors who have come to watch the breathtaking reflection of the mountains in the tranquil waters as they take on the colors of the sunset. Just beyond the marina is the city’s new bus station from which you can take public transport to the vast majority of Lefkada’s sites and villages.
